Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your subscription begins immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.
Because printing displays can take time, all new Echinos accounts receive an additional 14-day credit. For example, when a new business purchases 30 days of service, it receives 44 days of credit and can begin receiving feedback as soon as its displays are set out.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscription payments are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date. After the 30-day refund period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We also reserve the right to issue refunds in cases such as accidental duplicate purchases, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the service.
